About the Author... Philip Mongeau

Philip Mongeau is the senior partner in one of Canada’s most successful graphic design and photography studios.  Since founding Mongeau, Bacon, Chen and Associates in 1973, he has earned numerous international awards for photography and multimedia.

He has published articles on diving and sailing and written promotional copy for many national advertisers. Fascinated by life around him, he has written political opinions that have appeared in letters to Time Magazine, The Globe and Mail, The Montreal Gazette, and The Evening Telegram.

As an experienced blue water sailor and underwater videographer, Philip has filled this story with colorful images, delivered in accurate detail at a fast pace.  The reader will experience the feeling of sailing with dolphins in the Gulf Stream, gliding weightlessly through an underwater kingdom, and the fear of sabotage in a watery world.

He lives with his wife in Montreal, Quebec, and Siesta Key, Florida.
