About the Author... Scott MacMillan
Scott MacMillan's education includes a Master of Business Administration degree, a Bachelor of Physical Education degree, and a Certificate in Adult Education. He has twenty years of work experience with the YMCA throughout Canada and the Middle East, in management and consulting postions. He has been a competitive athlete in a variety of sports for thirty years, and has taken part in over a hundred running races and triathlons. He is a Martial Arts instructor and holds Black Belts in both Judo and Karate. He is currently a lecturer in the Management Department of Saint Mary's University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
